COVID-19 Information

Though Considered an Essential Business by Gov. Cooper’s Executive Order (Section 2,C-12), Due to the current concerns with the COVID-19, we have decided to close the showroom of the shop, not because we don't want to see you, but we want to be a part of the solution to get the curve flatter than flat! We can show bikes by appointment. ⁣We will show bikes by appointment.

 ‐Appointments Please: To maintain social distancing we ask that you call ahead, DM, or email excitebikesllc@gmail.com, to schedule bike sales, service, and time to pick up any accessories/parts you need. All of our in stock bicycles are available to view on our website, as well as links to our brands (www.excitebikes.com).

-Bicycle Service: We ARE still accepting bikes for service.  Just give us a call before you drop it off.

​

-PICKUP/DELIVERY-During this time if you need us to pick up or deliver your bicycle to you we will for a nominal fee.

​

‐Virtual Appointments: Our goal is to take advantage of the many ways technology provides to connect with you.  We will be creating videos with answers to the most common questions we receive at the shop, as well as the most common repairs. If there is a specific topic you’d like us to cover let us know!

​

In addition, we are happy to talk with you through Instagram and Facebook Messenger on a call, or simple instant messaging with pictures. 

​

-Instagram/Facebook Live-Based on need and/or Depending on the length of time we are under shelter in place protocols, we may do some live Q&A sessions where we answer questions you have about the care of your bicycle.

​

‐Always Cleaning and Sanitizing: Frequently throughout our entire shop, especially on high touch‐point surfaces. We are regularly washing our hands and wearing gloves to minimize direct contact.

​

-Please Call/Message Ahead: To reduce the risk of contamination we ask that if you have a specific need, let us know and we’ll have it waiting. (tube, chain, chain lube, etc.)

​
